LIDE AGUIRRE (San Sebastián, 1979) trabajó como periodista en El Diario Vasco antes de volcarse de lleno en la literatura. Su primera novela, 'La sombra del cerezo', quedó finalista del premio Planeta de 2018, en el que la edición alcanzó su cifra récord de manuscritos presentados. Durante 2019 escribió su segunda y exitosa obra, 'Los trucos de la bestia' (Berenice, 2020), a raíz de un encuentro en plena calle con un joven que le hizo una extraña invitación. Licenciada en Derecho y especializada en Ciencias Penales y Periodismo, Lide Aguirre reside con su familia en San Sebastián.
