This work explores several amazing traits of the human body you may not have considered. Sometimes they are the simplest of traits, such as the body moves, leading us to consider "action is the basis of knowledge." Other times the traits are more subtle, like electrical fields around the body and the body's center of gravity. The body is the foundation of our being and spirituality, and it holds mysteries from both. You are invited to journey and to discover more about your body so you can live a more full and embodied life.
The author brings an interdisciplinary awareness to understanding the body and its capacity to operate within the realities we inhabit. In this work, he draws upon evolutionary studies, Indigenous imagery, and depth psychology to make a novel offering. Alongside works such as these, he remains active in sports and in raising his teenage son.
