This book investigates Kurd EFL learners' ability in recognizing and producing the various forms and meanings of English auxiliary verbs, clarifying the problems that Kurd EFL learners encounter in learning the auxiliary verbs and identifies the sources behind them, and trying to put suitable suggestions to overcome these problems.
Paiman Sabir was born in the city of Hallabja. She finished her secondary school in the city, but later moved to Sulaimani. She received her BA from Mosul University and her MA in Linguistics/Applied Linguistics at the University of Sulaimani. Since 2009 she has been teaching, supervising, and working as a researcher at the College of Basic Education. Since 2013 she has published four studies in the field of Applied Linguistics, and is currently working on two new studies.
