Leandro a donc passé un concours pour devenir entraîneur dans un programme sportif dans la ville de Betim, Minas Gerais. Pour lui, ce travail ne serait que temporaire et sans importance, mais pendant son séjour dans l'équipe de Limoeiros, il perçoit une réalité très différente de ce qu'il imaginait pour la fonction publique. Leandro est partagé entre son rêve du concours fédéral et l'aide aux élèves du programme, ce qui lui cause de gros problèmes. De plus, Leandro réalise ce qui se cache réellement derrière la fonction publique...
