Dickson is an Associate Professor in Events and Tourism Management in the Faculty of Business, Government and Law at the University of Canberra, Australia. Her major areas of research include accessible tourism, snow sport safety, risk management, and mega event volunteers. Tracey has a love of Alpine environments where she is an accredited ski instructor who also instructs in adaptive skiing for people with disability. Juan Luis ParamiöSalcines is a Senior Lecturer in sport management at the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid, Spain. He has been researching the intersection of corporate social responsibility, stadium management, and the development of accessibility in sport since the mid-1990s, both from a theoretical and applied perspective.
