In the ten years Adam has been consulting, he has been exposed to multiple industries but has become passionate about healthcare transformation. His deep subject matter expertise in new product and service development, comfort level with senior executives, understanding of organizational transformation issues and knowledge of the industry uniquely positions him as an authority on innovation in healthcare.
