Peter Anthamatten is an associate professor of Geography and Environmental Science at the University of Colorado, Denver, USA. Trained in geography and public health, his research focuses on the geography of health, with particular attention to children's behavioral, nutritional, and obesity-related environments across multiple scales. He also enjoys working on geographic education and other topics. Peter teaches courses in health geography, cartography, and spatial statistics to graduates and undergraduates. Helen Hazen is a broadly trained geographer, who focuses on issues of health and environment. She is a teaching professor at the University of Denver, USA, where she teaches classes on health, population, and sustainability, as well as other aspects of geography.
