S. Ramachandran, Vittorio Gallese, and Antonio Damasio. John Lutterbie offers a complex understanding of not only the act of performing but the forces that mark the place of theatre in contemporary society.

John Lutterbie is Professor Emeritus in the Department of Theatre Arts and the Department of Art at Stony Brook University, USA. He is the director of the International Network for Cognition, Theatre and Performance.
