Kristiina Hyrkäs is Director of the Center for Nursing Research and Quality Outcomes at Maine Medical Center and Adjunct Professor of Nursing at the University of Southern Maine, USA. She is also the Editor of the Journal of Nursing Management. John Fowler is Principal Lecturer in the School of Nursing and Midwifery at De Montfort University, UK.
