Dr. Regueiro serves on the faculty of California Baptist University (CBU) and as the clinical director for CBEM, LLC, a crisis intervention service vendorized with California's regional center system. Noel Cooper, Psy.D., is a clinical psychologist with specialties in clinical supervision, foster care and adoption, and clergy family issues. She holds a doctorate in clinical psychology from Fuller Theological Seminary's School of Psychology. Dr. Cooper is licensed in the state of California.
