She is the owner of Ventura Educational Systems, which creates educational technology and instructional software apps for K–12 schools, colleges, and government training facilities. She is an experienced classroom teacher for all subjects grades K–7, psycho-motor program, and gifted education. Ventura holds a masters degree in reading and language development from the University of California.
